I just timed Keri on grace at 85# for 4:03 and Dustie At 65# for 4:20.

Worked on my double unders tonight. . .got 4 in a row and several more at 1 or 2 at a time. Definitely getting better after only 3 days of practice! Looking forward to more progress.

Worked on the double unders...
I did about 150 throughout the day with a countless amount of single unders.
The best consecutive stretch I had was 16 in a row.
Progress made.

I can't work on my dounble unders yet. The jump rope I bought sucks and is impossible to use. I have enlisted Jayson for his help on getting a REAL jumprope so I can get rolling on this.
