Obviously I'm not big on taking a chance with bad driving conditions! I encourage everyone to do "core work" tonight. It's easy to do at home, as it requires no equipment. Sub regular sit-ups and supermans. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but don't use it as an excuse to sit on your butt and eat ho-ho's. :)

not too long ago i was giddy with delight over just being able to do 20 su in a row without stopping. now i'm starting to get a bit disgusted with myself for these long completion times
