For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

42:03 w/o the second run, this one killed me, but it was the first time I did it. I am definitly ready to get back to jackson and workout so I can push myself hard to see far I have come.

Runs to Coors sign and back twice as 1 mile.
Middle partitioned Cindy style as 20 rounds of 5, 10, 15.
All pull-ups kipping & unbroken. All push-ups strict & broken 6/4. All squats past parallel and only 3 sets broken 8/7.

two runs to coors sign and back
broke up the middle into 20 rds of 5,10,15 but it still sucked.

Decided to go as rx'd with the vest.
Used my body armor with SAPI plates, it weighed 21#.
Runs were to the Coors sign and back x2.
Partitioned the pull/push/squat "Cindy" style for 20 rounds.
All pulls were unbroken
Had to break into sets on push ups in round 10. But for only a few.
Squats were get all you can when you can.

Much to my dismay I had to scale this WOD because of my hurting shoulder and time constraints. My WOD was as follows:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
120 push ups
250 squats
1/2 mile run (because I came close to puking on the treadmill)
