Super large class this morning! Absolutely amazing effort by all. Way to push through it! I'm certain there were some pr's set this morning! Kevin's first rx'd Helen...Thomas, Courtney and Newbill's first ever Helen...Good times.

Well I celebrated my first crossfit puke!!!! On this exercise this morning I alternated the 12 pullups for 50 situps for an area I need work on (my stomach). Forgot to get the time it was jacked after the expulsion I had.

35# KB Swings
Jumping pull ups
3 rounds: 12:04
First time doing Rx'd weight and run, still doing jumping pull ups though. Last time we did 200 meters inside and 25# and my time was 9:04 or something like that.

First rx'd Helen!
Last time I did band assisted pull-ups and today I did all kipping and still shaved time off.
Runs outside (36 degrees)
35# swings (rd 1 unbroken, rd 2 & 3 broken 12/9)
kipping pull-ups all broken

2 hours later and I'm still coughing the CrossFit cough.
