I want a sub 5 minute Fran by the middle of the year. That's one of my many CrossFit goals for 2009. Speaking of goals, I think I'll make a link just for our goals so that we can publicly set some and work toward something and refer back to them for accountability throughout the year. Join me in not settling for mediocrity, in pushing the limit in every WOD so we can have our best, fittest year ever.

Oh yeah, today was Thomas' first day. Doubt he'll record his effort since most new people don't at first so I'll do it this time...

it's a minute and a half longer than last time, but i was concentrating on form....and not puking. no more chocolate cake and whoppers.

Spent 10-15 minutes on the double under challenge. Only got a couple though because I was in my little living room. We don't have anywhere outside to jump rope when it rains any noticable amount.
