You should definitely do the "Barbara" WOD the day before you do this one to get the full effect. My abs were already screaming!

Did this one yesterday. Took about 12 minutes. I think I'm doing something wrong on my situps - they fatigue my back really bad instead of my abs. What's up?

It's typical that they will tax the weakest part of your midline. Rolling a towel or folding a pillow and using it as an abmat will help isolate the abs and support the back. We can look at form and different alternatives tomorrow during the warm up.
