I scaled this one today... because I had to take Nathan to school.
15 pullups
25 pushups
30 situps
40 squats

I am gald I scaled this one. I felt physically sick at the end of 4 rounds.

My total time was 31 min after subtracting the 12 min of rest as rxd. Mel's was 36 with assisted pullups and girl push ups.

Man, that sucked.
5 rounds with 3 minute rests between
All kipping pull-ups
All strict push-ups (except 3 on round 3)
All anchored sit-ups
All seemingly deep squats
4:57/5:13/5:55/6:20/6:37
Pull-ups and push-ups were my weakest points. Pull-ups done on new squat rack/pull-up bar/dip station thingy in the middle of our bedroom. It rocks when you kip so that messed me up a little. WOD seemed more muscle failure than metcon to me.

I had a disgusting display today.
I have to say that this is my least favorite WOD!
3:26 w/ dizzy spell
5:16 w/ more dizziness and nausea
6:33 w/ more of the above
Rnd 4 started painfully and ended with me lying in the floor wondering if the room was ever going to stop spinning after 3 reps into the squats. I felt like I swallowed half a can of dip. So I decided that was enough and 30 min. later the dizzy spell passed. Anyway, thats sounds like one big excuse. I think it was the sit ups and poor eating today. ???
