15 Handstand Push-ups
15 ft Rope Climb, 2 ascents
Post subs and time to comments.
**The sub for "15 ft Rope Climb" is 15 towel pull-ups so you would do 30 towel pull-ups each round. If you are unable to do "Handstand Push-ups", try push-ups with your feet elevated on something or scale to standard push-ups.**







Runs on treadmill, and towel pullups.

30 towel pull-ups on first three rounds, then my towel ripped. last round 20 regular pull-ups.
Elevated push-ups (app. 4' incline)
