Thought 155 would be a pr, but I that was my last pr. I will definitely go heavier next time, but probably not by much.

I did a combination of the last 2 days wod.
3 rds for time of:
400m runs
10 OHS 65lbs
21 1 1/2 pood KB swings
12 Pullups
