I did a variation of this WOD.
8 pull ups
8 push ups
8 shoulder presses (95#)
8 KB swings (45 #)
As many rounds in 20 minutes as possible
I got in 7 rounds in 19:05

made up nate today as the saturday wod
4 kipping pullups/ 4 ring dips (sub for 2 MU)
4 incline push ups on really big box
8 kb swings 55#
13 full rounds
that felt really good after doing nothing but eating for 2 days straight!

4 jumping ring dips with slow negatives (first round done real, without jumping)
4 handstand push-ups with feet on barbell
(last 2 rounds off of high box)
8 45# KB swings
13 full rounds+4/4/4/5 of round 14

I have been eating ridiculously and my performance shows it.
