I had 205 on the Smith machine. I weigh 195 but had no spotter. Weight should be about right.

Well, I can't do BW bench press so I did 85#. First time doing bench in FOREVER so I didn't really know what to expect. Will go up in weight next time.
All BP at 85#, all pull-ups kipping without regrip.
