Last time I got 13# nose to bar level. That was in July before my arm injury that left me unable to do a pull-up for 6 weeks. My pull-ups are back but I wasn't expecting much today.
15# in red backpack, chin over bar (pr)
Got 15# again, but only got about nose level
Did several kipping pull-ups and some assisted dead hangs for strength/skill work
