Ran 2 laps at Malesus (minus the baseball parking lot) in 14:58.
Ran final lap with Kelly in 9:04.
It's a little short of a 5k, but it was close and it was a good run, felt strong the whole run.
Way to push through Kelly!

Not ready for a 5K yet, but working on it.
Ran a lap a Malesus (minus the parking lot). Almost 1 mile in 9:04.
Jennie gave me some good tips on making the running easier on me since this is my weakness. Thanks Jennie for the help and encouragement!

Just looked back to the 3k day on 9/8 and saw that I documented 2 laps in 15:09 that day. Got it in 14:58 this time. I'm shooting for 14:45 next time.
