made up the sunday workout of 15 dead lift, 12 hang clean, 9 front squat, and 6 push jerk. 31:27 at 95#

I just couldn't get back out in the rain after I got home from work. Soooo, I made up a little mini workout of my own.
3 rounds for time:
30 squats
15 pushups (girlie)
15 dumbell thrusters 20lb. (this part sounds easy, but was kinda hard after those pushups, which I suck at)
