Oh, it did that time. Well, this is what I've been trying to post...
I had time during the morning class to do a little skill work. I did several sets of 3 or 4 kipping pull-ups, several sets of 4 or 5 ring dips with toe assist, 3 sets of 5 45# OHS with long holds at the bottom to work on stability and some GHD sit-ups.

I adjusted my zone ratios to 6p3c5f meal and 4p1c3f snack this week and a 5:18 fran pr popped out !!!! Since I upped the protein and fat in my zone blocks my energy has gone way up.
