Jenny - I worked on some band assisted dead hang pull-ups like you suggested. I only did a dozen or so, though, before my arms gave out.

Made these up after the morning WOD today. Did a few light ones at 45 and 65# to feel the move and then jumped straight to shooting for a pr.
115,125,135(f),135(f)
Looks like 125# is my pr for now. I'll take it considering that I did 45 squat cleans just yesterday at 95# for Elizabeth.
