Warm-up:
5 minutes of stretching
1/4 mile jog
10 PVC OHS
2 ring dips

Work-out:
1/2 Cindy (10 minutes) due to time contraints
8 rounds+5 push-ups+5 pull-ups
*All push-ups strict with chest to floor on each rep
*1st 3 reps of each round of pull-ups were kipping, rest done on blue band
*All squats were done with good form

Skill work:
*Worked on ring stability/dips
*3 rounds of 10 GHD sit-ups and 10 35# KB swings
