I ran a 5k Saturday and I really need a rest day today so I'm posting my weekend results today.

I just want to say that Jennie is always the sunshine at the end of a dark tunnel. She always has something positive and encouraging to say. I appreciate you for that.

Thanks for the welcome from Jennie, I can't make the free WOD tomorrow, I do appreciate the invite though. I will be doing this and soon hope to be at a higher level of exercise as time progresses.

Yeah, I agree. Jennie always has great, positive things to say on here and in person. She is who encouraged me to start crossfit! Thankyou Jennie!

Oh, y'all are making me blush! :) Thanks!
I just want everyone to tap into the potential that CrossFit holds and enjoy the rewards associated with the hard work...and we all know this is hard work! I think reading about others experiences and offering encouragement is motivating and makes the whole program more fun and enjoyable.

Felt really good on the run today. I accidentally stopped 1 block too soon so it was 3 miles not 5k. If I was running with someone am sure I would have gone faster.

My time was 28:00 but of course i went through 4 redlights so i had to stop for traffic four times. So i would say my true time was around 24 mins but idk
