Major improvement over last time...
March 16, 2008:
5 rounds plus a run
13, 12, 14, 13, & 15 (total=67)
all done on gravitron with 90# assist (lifting 50#)
Today:
6 full rounds in 19:15
22, 20, 15, 17, 18, 23 (total=115)
all done with single band
(~10 were done kipping, unassisted during warm up)
Noticed today that my arms are fully healed from the hyper extension injury because my kipping pull-ups are back and pretty strong. Also, the Zone is awesome and I like being in it!
