I think this is the first time I have done Michael with GHD back extensions and GHD sit ups. Lets just say it harder!

For record keeping purposes:
Did this on Nov. 19
All 3 rounds done on rower.
Back extensions done on GHD and they sucked.
Sit-ups done on GHD and anchored, split 30/20 on rd 1 & 2 and 20/30 on round 3. That GHD smoked me.
