The clean and jerk was rough enough... I've never done this exercise either... should be interesting....and brutal...

my "homemade" sub workout today
800m run
100 squats
100 pushups
800m run
no stopwatch so i estimated about 15 - 16 mins or 5 seconds from puking....however you want to look at it.

ha ha...the "5 seconds from puking" is a great way to keep time! :)
I did broomstick snatch work...I had company and couldn't break free to get the WOD done. Dang.
