I did a variation of this WOD today...
Three rounds of:
50 squats
15 dips
115 lb. hang power clean, 10 reps

I had a disappointing 14:00
I started with 115 on hang cleans and by the 7th rep had to go to 95
instead of muscle ups did 14 pull ups 14 dips each round

Nasty Girls:
50 squats
14 pull-ups
14 dips
10 55# HPC
10:52
Still working on arm rehab so did pull-ups at 2/3 BW and a relatively low clean weight.
Followed by 40 push presses...10 @ 60#, 15 @ 50# and 15 @ 40#...then 50 decline bench sit-ups and kipping pull-up practice.
