For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

HOLY CRAP!!! That was probably the worst WOD for me in a while. Unfortunatley I had to scale the workout by 20% in order to finish.
Ran 1 mile
Pull Ups 80
Push Ups 160
Squats 240
Couldn't walk up steps to run the second mile.
Maybe the week in Charlotte was not what I needed...

first time ever doing Murph I had to scale down to
800m run
25 jumping pullups
25 pushups
50 squats
25 pushups
50 squats
800m row
took me a little more that 20 min
