45lb kettlebell is the heaviest we have was able to do all sets unbroken except last set of KB swings (11/10) also used a treadmill.
Very happy with a 12:44.

Made up Helen today. It's been exactly 2 weeks since my arms were injured so I had to scale down more than last time. Can't afford to worsen the injury this close to the cert.
TM runs @ 8.9 all 3 rounds
