I'm going to go by and pick up some applications for the 5k downtown on Sept 13th posted a while back by another crossfitter. I'll bring some by the gym. I hope some of you will sign up. Just like a CrossFit workout, to finish it feels so good.

No bar, few free weights so I improvised and used "extra" body weight.
60/105/145/160/175
Hand weights, daughter+weights, wife+lighter weights, wife+daughter, wife+heavier weights.

I did not do this as Rx'd. I did back squats because my legs were still toast from Murph!
