I was under time a crunch today and had to vary the WOD a little. I am still not very good at the handstand pushups either...
30 shoulder press 75 lbs
40 pull ups
40 DB swings 50 lbs (felt the right side of my lower back pull a little because of sloppy form at the end of my DB swings)
60 situps

15:32 with half the burpees, not counting the 60ish seconds it took to run into the backyard and back for pull ups.
By the 20th, I was walking back and not really jumping. By 30, I had that pass-out taste on my tongue.

scaled back today since this was my second wod after two weeks of nothing. glad i did now.

i still struggle w/ push ups from the knees so
i did regular push ups, (not on my knees)

I wanted so bad to be in the under 20 club but the handstand pushups and burpees killed me. The only thing worse than burpees is 70 burpees at the end of a workout.

Handstand push-ups scaled to feet elevated, butt high in the air push-ups.
Pull-ups were all jumping due to arm injury.
KB swings were 35#.
Feet anchored sit-ups.
Only 40 burpees.
