Looks like cdorris just did this on August 18th! Gonna be rough to repeat so soon!

can't remember on this one, but is it acceptable to split up the excercises or do you need to finish one before you move on to the next. Thanks

I did a variation of this one. I 10 rds of the CFWU. (overhead squats, SU, Pushups, dips, Pullups, and sampson stretch) 10 reps each. I threw some DU in for flavor. It took e about 30 mins.

I have always read that you are to finish 1 before you go to the next so that's what I do. Whatever you do, just document it so that you'll know what to compare it to next time the workout comes up.

I did the "Tabata Something Else" right after I saw yall at the new place. It actually forced me into a couple of days rest. Everything went alright, but my legs were so sore, I needed a break (and the squats didn't kill during the actual work). I still feel them today 4 days later. I went out for a jog the next day. I was gone one minute before I turned around. My vacation starts today. I'll exercise some, but not a lot. Look forward to seeing you all when I get back.
