Making this one up...
It seemed like it took a lot of time for the treadmill to get up to speed each time!

My arms are in rehab so I made this one up today. I started the workout thinking I was running a 10K, but 1/2 mile in, I decided to do Michael. SO, my first 1/2 mile was a little slow. Done at Maximum with the standard equipment...TM, decline sits and roman chair BE.

Used ball for back extensions. Feet anchored situps. Did them on a towel laid on the USJ track. Learned a good lesson on why not to do that
