It was actually 8:31-looked at my watch when I got done, but took me 5 seconds to get my other arm to my watch to stop the timer! I'm smoked!

OHS's are a huge weakness of mine. Form breaks down rapidly, especially with heavier weight. Decided form was important, especially considering I have some shoulder pain and a hole in my hand, so I decided to stick to the bare bar.
45# OHS
strict burpees
11:25
Finished with double under practice, 20 65# push jerks, 5 pull-ups.
Pneumonia is probable.

9:17. Scaled, but I don't remember how. I just found this time on my watch. I would have used dumbbells.
