Shea will. She ran a marathon in April!
I will be making up Helen today. I do hope to attempt my first 10k this weekend.
I was hoping to come out there Thursday night and make up my CFT?

Stines and I did a variation of Lynne.
5rds of bodyweight benchpress max reps and we did max reps weighted pullups 1 rep
BP 195lbs 12,10,8,7,8
45,55,65(f),65(f),55(got my chin even but not above). Was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Before my injury I was doing 95lb PU and 205 for 18 reps. I ve lost quite a bit of strength.

I think we actually ran closer to 10mi. Our measurements were off on the trails and track portions of the run.
THAT SUCKED!!

Haven't posted here yet, but I've been lurking a while. I'm curious what trails you were on. I prefer trails. While they are easier on your knees, they make for a much harder run, typically. Anyway, I'll be around some, and hope to meet some of you soon. I've emailed with a couple of you.

Be careful...running is addictive! Not enough time for this today, but looking forward to doing it tomorrow!

Welcome Clint
Looking forward to meeting you and seeing Brooke again. Maybe we'll see some numbers from you soon.
I can not believe any of you did the 15k. Great job!
I made up Helen and am currently unable to straighten, bend, lift my arms very good. I have that taste of blood in the back of my throat and the CrossFit cough lingering. God, I love CrossFit.

Clint,
I'm in Ft. Rucker Al. at the moment and was hitting the trails here on post.
As far as back home there are trails at pinson mounds and Fred Young BMX park out south. The trails at Fred Young are full of hills though.
Welcome!

I run some at Pinson Mounds. I went to Fred Young for my hill run during the crossfit games 3 part WOD. That is a tough run, even going as slow as you can. I travel around West TN for my job, so I run some at Chickasaw, Paris Landing, Nathan Bedford Forest and Ft Pillow. Within an hour of here are a lot of nice runs. I'm not good, but it takes the boredom out of the roads. Much harder though. I started crossfit b/c I didn't want to just run, but I was beginning to miss it. I'm shooting for this 15K in the morning when its cool. Haven't ran over 4 miles in months.

It hurts....

1h30min21 sec. The longer runs seem like the worst, but they are really the most fun. Walked a few hundred yards through the Farmers Market about half way. Got out while it was cooler. I'm hurting, but feel good.
