Wasn't feeling another CFT today so I helped Shea add 35# to her total (way to go!) and then made up the CrossFit Games DL/burpee WOD. I'm going to try to get the clean and jerks in tonight.

Yeah, Kelly is one of my top 3 hardest so far. You really, really want to stop after 3 rounds. Good job finishing.

Whatever it was it sucked!
Trying to talk your legs into running after the jumps and wall ball is ridiculous.

Did Crossfit Total to see if I had improved. Guess what--I had! Yay Me (& Jennie, too, for taking time to help me this morning)!!!

Wahoo!!!! I was so excited that I ran 3 miles afterward!
