As RX'd other than I did ring pull ups too. There were too many monkeys on the bars again.

10 one-legged squats (using stability ball)
12 bench dips
15 jumping pull ups

After I finished, I realized I should have added reps to make up for my subs! (It was still a good, challenging workout.) Oh well, gotta start somewhere! I did the elliptical for 27 min afterwards to try to make up for the wuss factor!

Lost track between rounds 4 and 5 so I might have done 8 rounds...don't know though. Anyways, was able to do a true pistol with my left leg only. That's odd because I'm right leg dominant. Had to touch the squat rack on the way down while doing my right leg. Pull ups were the worst part for me on this one.

First time with pistols and I held on for all of them, not so much for weight reduction, but stability and just in case my knees gave out like they frequently do.
Did 2:1 Gravitron dips (24 instead of 12) for first 3 rounds at 90, 90, and 100# assist, then other 4 rounds at 1:1 at 90# assist. Dips are the hardest thing for me still.
All pull-ups at 1/2 BW unbroken.
