I have a confession. I mapped my run and I ran a little short. Probably could add another 30 to 40 seconds to overall time to be 3.2 miles

24:43 dodging two drive by's and a carjacking. Running in Memphis puts a little sport in to it. Makes you faster too.

Hey Sam-I may have misinterpreted your post, but a 5K is 3.1 miles so you may not need to add any time! Either way--that is a great time!

Well, you all run really fast...a lot faster than me. I bet I could manage a 24:43 running through Memphis dodging carjackers and drive-by's! My 5k was probably closer to a 10k and it was all VERY difficult both on and off the trails at Fall Creek Falls. It was fun none the less. Doubt I'll be snatching anything tomorrow. Maybe Jayson will come up with something better for me to do when we get home.

Ran 7 miles. Tim survived and will be working out every day now. (He has no choice)
