Making up the last two days WOD's in one painful super WOD.
It will go like this...
10- 115# Squat Clean AND Press
50- Sit-ups
50- Double unders or 100 singles
8 - 115# SC & P
40- Sit-ups
40- Doubles or 80 singles
6 - 115# SC & P
30- Sit-ups
30- Doubles or 60 singles
4 - 115# SC & P
20- Sit-ups
20- Doubles or 40 singles
2 - 115# SC & P
10- Sit-ups
10- Doubles or 20 singles
All done outside in the heat!!
I shall dub thee... Hydrate or Die!
Work starts at 4pm

Made up the Squat Clean/ GHD Sit-up Workout
Subbed Regular sit-ups with nothing to anchor the feet for GHD's

Shane did awesome. I had to compromise, he runs me in the morning and we Crossfit at night. Ran 5 mies this morning at a pace somewhere around 7:40 a mile then ran to the Gym tonight, about 1.5 miles.
He's a new recruit in the making. Kool-aid flows free. Jayson....Rucker is everything you remember it to be. SAM where's your post!!
