Made up yesterdays wod bench press/pull ups
Made myself stick to what was required. I weigh 153 today so I benched 150
Round 1: 7, 12
round 2: 5, 10
roumd 3: 3, 7
round 4 : 2, 6
round 5: 2, 4
This is definetely my weak spot. When I started crossfit my bench max was 135 so in that light this is encouraging.

5/75 meter Time Trials 2 min rest in between.
Finished with 20 min of laps uninterupted
