I did a WOD I found way down the list on the main site.
It was 3 rounds for time of:
20 KB swings (I used 35#)
40 Push presses (I used 45#)
60 Squats
15:50
*All swings unbroken
*All PP and squats broken

I'll be doing the CrossFit Endurance WOD
for the C2 rower. Goin for at least 3k.

I did the WOD that Jennie did(with a lot less weight!!)
3 rounds for time:
20 KB swings (15#) (sets unbroken)
40 push presses (25#) (4 sets of 10)
60 squats (2 sets of 30)
quick rest breaks;struggled on the PPs

Tabata Swim 8 rounds 20 sec max effort with 10 second rest in between.
