I'm going to pocket this one for another day. Ran a 5k this AM and finished first in my age group. Yay me.

I have got double unders whipped!!
As RX'd other than ast 5 or 6 cleans were power cleans instead squat clean.

2/3's of that time was spent on the squat cleans.
I was going to do the CrossFit Endurance WOD too but it said 3-5 hours before the main site WOD...may do it still

Ran 12 miles today. PR for distance
had 3 water stops. about 1 hour 50 mins total elapsed time. When running we were doing about an 8:30 mile. The stops added up the time

Making this one up--here's what I did:
90 single unders
45 squat cleans (30#)(3x15)
45 bench dips (1x15, 3x10)
90 single unders
+ 10 squat cleans (40#)
