Although I was running at a faster pace, I think I slowed tremendously on the back extension which I usually do unbroken, but couldn't today. Those deadlifts have still got me hurting! No pr for me today, boo hoo, I'm sad.

Wow that sucked. The humidity was insane today after that rain. I almost drowned.
I did 45# barbell good mornings for back extensions and anchored military style sit-ups for ghd's
24:48 (definately not a PR)
Tomorrows WOD for me is row 12 miles and drink 12 beers at the Buffalo river for time...3 2 1 GO!

Forgive me Crossfit for I have sinned. It has been 3 days since my last work out and more since my last truely good workout. I am trying to redeem myself this weekend. I started with todays wod that I should have done this morning.
Subbed 45# goodmornings for back extensions
regular situps
hot weather
20 mins even
Am running seven miles tomorrow and attempting to make up thursdays workout.
not looking forward to pistols.
I promise to do better...although it would be really nice if spencer could hurry up and get back

Swam for 30 minutes with no rests face down the whole time. Thats right....didn't even breath. Then rode for six hours on a bus for no reason. After that we attempted yesterday's WOD but with backs still sore from Deadlifts we caved and ran 4.5 miles instead.

Pretty much attempted and failed decided to fall back on what I am good at besides drinking, ran 6. Also swam with spencer, I was back stroking the whole time and also rode a bus for no reason, Jayson, welcome to the BN, you are coming to the rafting trip in August.
