Pocketed this one too and chose 3 hours of mostly tennis with a little kid/soccer ball chasing mixed in. It was fun.

Made this one up this morning--in a very scaled back fashion!
I did "max reps" boy-style push-ups/gravitron pull-ups. I focused on form and if there were any breaks in form I stopped.
14/12 (90# assist)
10/6 (80# assist)

I also ran 2 miles and did 110 crunches!
