I'm not so good with the snatch so I made up the workout from May 24th.

We are planning a Buffalo River trip on the 14th of June. It will be the 12 mile trip "for time". If you want to go, email me so we can get the canoes reserved. We will probably convoy to Linden at about 0600.

You can forget that 0600. I'm shooting more for the 0800. :)
I bet we can find a nice place to get in a workout while we're there drinking beer and eating bad food.

Spencer and I are a day behind, so for our rest day we did 6.3 in this friggin southern heat. Did Eck lake w/hills and then the track. Spencer asked what passing out feels like and then his fingers curled in some weird seizure position. He started yelling at me, stole one of by bananas and slipped into the night. Jayson, prepare for the 4th.

Finally got Melissa into crossfit look out jennie.Im a little behind in my posting. Her loads were 30x5, 45x4, 50x1. Mine were 85x2, 95x5, 105x3
