I miss read and did 50 ea. leg walking lunges.
Worse, I had the other 4 guys working out this morning do it too.
Subbed 100 singles for double unders. I might have had 10 or 12 in there but counted them a singles.

Just like last time... I jumped up and down and simulated having a jump rope in my hand, because I hate jump rope!

One of these days I will remember to not drink any milk with breakfast when burpees are in the forecast... I almost puked again!

17:25 Did double unders like a man and I think that 100 singles as a sub is definately a good deal. Double unders smoked me good and took a long time.

Swam this morning for 30 minutes no rests again.

Where have you been? Shane is beating you in the WOD posting competition.
I think the next time I sub for double-unders i'm gonna do 3 to 1. I did feel like I got off a little easy on those.
How did the WOD go with you and Shane's new crossfit partner?

About 17. Didn't have a stop watch only a regular clock. About half and double unders half singles with a couple thrown in at the end for good measure
