I am too weak for this. Did 50 pullups, 50 dips, lifted.
Also did CF endurance 3 min sprint 3min rest, 2min on 2 min off, 1 min on 1 min off, 1 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off.
Hurting.

For those of you who are still working on muscle-ups you can sub pull-ups and dips.The usual sub is 4 to 1. Jennie and I are in Chattanooga For the weekend and had the opportunity to workout with Get Built Crossfit,Tennessee's newest affiliate, on their Saturday morning WOD at the park. I subed a pull ups and dips for the muscle ups today. I am still sore and tight from yesterday's workout. Time: 8:50

I m still new to muscle ups.So I did 20 took me about 30 minutes. But its all about building blocks.

DAMN!....couldn't get past 26!! fatigue set in and i just couldn't do anymore. was shooting for 30 mu in 30 min. this is only my third time doing muscle ups so I am pretty happy. was able to do 6 in a row right off the start, a new pr. i'll get 30 next time.

Making this one up today b/c I wanted to run yesterday and didn't have enough time to do both!
120 dips (bench)
120 pull-ups (jumping)
(done in sets of 10 and alternating dips/pull-ups)
11:40
I know that I did not sub the correct amount, but I just did what I could--will work on getting more reps next time...
