well, since I am at a retirement center visiting my wife's grandmother here in Richmond, VA I did a little workout on the 1/4 mile "walking" track....think u get crazy looks at the gym! should have seen the looks I was getting from 80 year old men & women...PRICELESS!
did 1/4 mile run followed by 50 push ups & 25 squats each time around x 4 for a total of 1 mile, 200 push ups, & 100 squats in 15:47.
can't wait to get back to a gym!

95lb cleans and did the GHD sit ups using a bench and smith machine as rx'd 16:24
