Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

As rx'd except the rower was in a different room. stopped clock for about 5 seconds so I could get there. Used my new basketball filled with sand. 20#.

Averaged about 19 calories on the C2 rower.
Had 51 PP in the first round down to 30 by round 3.

we subbed jump rope for rows.
didn't count reps but one guy did puke.

Epic, huh?! Sounds interesting.
For those of you that hate rest days as much as I do, I am doing a WOD I found on the main site. 3 rounds of 20 KB swings, 40 push presses, 60 squats. Yes, we did do PP today. . . don't be a wuss. :)
