Man, it hasn't been long since we last saw this. Maybe that's why my improvements were so minimal. I did set a couple pr's but my shoulders are still hurting from Tuesday so I'm just thankful my SP remained the same.

Today:
BS: 160 (pr)
SP: 75
DL: 190 (pr)
Total: 425

May 30th:
BS: 155 (pr)
SP: 75
DL: 175 (pr)
Total: 405

April 5th:

So Ive been workin on squattin ass to calves and my numbers are less spectacular. But I ve been happy with the numbers because they are done right. Having said that i am going way past parallel on these.

BS=335

DL= 455(PR) I ve been trying to get this for 8 months)

Finally felt good to get back in the gym! Still not up to par yet but that will take time. Was able to do a little squatting and push press but after that, dead lifts were not going to happen.

Oh yeah. I did set a new pr today....(for weight), 179 lbs.. Haven't seen that since high school!
