13 rounds: (19:30)
10 reps each:
30# thruster
pull-ups (some were jumping and some were on Gravitron with 100# assist)
Obviously, still very weak in this area!

Ouch, I had to wear my hair unfixed today because I could barely lift my arms to wash it, much less fix it.
I did however see an improvement over last time so I had Jayson pat me on the back when I got home from the gym. Literally.
Today:
10 Rounds (19:10)
65# Thrusters (yeah, I said 65# and I did it for all 10 rounds!)
Various pull-ups
*8 Rounds were jumping negatives and 2 rounds were 1/2 BW gravitron pull-ups, had to use whichever area was open.
April 30:
3 rounds of 65#
5 rounds of 55#
All jumping pull-ups

THAT SUCKED AGAIN!!
I did ring pull-ups again and spent a couple of minutes wrestling with pukie due to vanilla caramel chocolate turtle milk shake.
It was good last night not this morning.
Thanks for buying more ice cream Jennie. I can't wait to pat you on the back again. ;)
Was only able to do 11 rounds and 8 thrusters today.

We can throw it out as soon as we get home. After seeing that video on the main site...I'll never eat ice cream again. I want to be like her when I grow up and I know she don't eat ice cream, even the sugar free kind. :)

Sam, that made me laugh loudly at work! Congrats on the baby! It's really not all that bad. You'll atleast get to keep the socks and shampoo, as for the rest, send it our way and we'll send you a check! I want the jeep and bicycle! :)

10 rounds in 18min.
couldn't do the full 20. guess it'll take a couple of weeks to get back into the swing of things and also for the new skin tear on my left hand to heal.
