Wasn't expecting this to be as hard as it was, but I did make up a WOD yesterday with 150 pull-ups in it so my arms were smoked heading into this one.
Today:
All pull-ups jumping
All push-ups girlie
Squats were good
6 Rounds + 15,15,15 of round 7

I did ring pull-ups because there were other monkeys on the bar.
5 rounds 15 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 29 squats
all done in the 92 degree heat!

Did 4 rounds and 12 pullups. Pullups were assisted, pushups were girlie, squats were good.
