That WOD deserves a name and it needs to have a cuss word in it!
What started as RX'd didn't end that way.
I had to scale thrusters to 65# in rounds 2 and 3. My legs were smoked!
Ended up breaking up all sets.
6-5-5-5 on thrusters
11-10 on 55# swings
as many as I could get on the pull-ups each set.
A sub 30 was not to be had today... 33:47

AS RX'd 28:25 ended up breaking up the thrusters and the pull ups. God that sucked. I think a golf cleat to the b@!!s would have been better,

Used the Gravitron for some of the pull ups. I am getting much better and should be able to get to use the big kid pull up bar in the next week or so....? Best WOD so far!
