Two minutes of each:
Row (sub burpees)
30 pound Dumbbell thrusters
20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders
Pull-ups
Post total time and total reps (burpees) or calories (from row) to comments.
The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run.







Well, today was my first day on a new routine that has me working out at 5:30 AM and man, it was rough. I did however set a new pr on my 1 mile run @ 7:19. It takes about 22 sec. to get the TM up to speed so I think I could probably run a sub 7 outside if I tried really hard.
Subs:
SDHP for row (no rower): 30
25# DB Thrusters (I was scared of the 30's): 13
10# Medicine Ball Cleans (heaviest they had): 23
Single Unders (Not cool enough to do doubles): 82
1/2 BW Gravitron Pull-ups: 31
Total 179
After a little math to compare to an "as Rx'd" total....

Still working on the rhythm of the double unders. takes one or two regular then I can do one double under

Roy- 22 burpees, 26 db thrusters, 35 cleans, 15 du's, 45 pu's total- 143 mile- 8:05
Jeremy- 20 burpees, 15 db thrusters, 36 cleans, 53 du's, 15 pu's total- 139 mile- 8:15 ish
we subbed in a 20# barbell instead of med. ball because we don't have a 20# med. ball.
*note to self for next time; don't drink numerous beers the night before this wod.
