Wahoo, finally made this one up this morning on rest day.

Subbed 1 pull-up and 1 dip for every 1 muscle up. My pull-ups were jumping and my dips were off the edge of a bench.

Okay...I don't know all the lingo, but I did it in 14:20. I did okay with the squats, but sucked on the pull-ups...only able to do a very small percentage of my body weight on the Gravitron at the gym. Lots of room for improvement there. Very challenging first day.
